2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to open an account or use the services at 999gb:

  • You must be a real person; the use of automated methods or bots is not permitted.
  • Only one account per person is allowed.

3 Account Registration

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and any funds held in them being forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

999gb reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. A national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested for verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999gb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
  • Deposits are generally processed without delay, though bank transfers may take some additional time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used to make the deposit.
  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 999gb reserves the right to hold the transaction pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

999gb offers bonus deals to its members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • 999gb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 999gb VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier by remaining consistently active. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change and are at the discretion of 999gb.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 999gb are governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet or game round has started, it cannot be withdrawn.
  • Abnormal results caused by technical errors may be voided.
  • If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • 999gb will endeavour to give advance notice of any changes to game rules.
  • Any live or upcoming match information, scores, or odds shown in sports content are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual events.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Operating an account under a false or another person's identity.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software.
  • Participating in any form of fraud or money laundering.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Using any software that could damage the system.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 999gb

999gb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to pass identity verification or if false information is proven.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity.
  • Failure to meet the age requirement.
  • For regulatory or legal reasons.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

999gb places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. How we collect, store, and use your information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information will not be sold to third parties.
  • Payment information is secured through SSL encryption.
  • Information may be shared with lawful authorities upon request, where required under applicable law.
  • Even after account closure, necessary information may be retained to meet legal obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Terms Changes

999gb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members in the following ways:

If you continue to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions are published, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you will have the option to close your account.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.2 Final Decision
